My biggest inspiration! My grandmother, Mary Darling, who went by “Doll” was a beautiful light to the world. In her later years, she became a fabulous artist, making countless paintings to share with her family and friends. She was a woman full of world experience and wisdom, always reminding us that we need to make time to do things we love in order to live a long, happy life. Halyard Collective is inspired by her outlook on doing things that bring you back to the center of your being, no matter what is happening at work or in the world. She inspired me to begin to make works of my own. Halyard Collective is a collection of works. Made, found, shared. I’m excited to share Doll’s little blessings and paintings with you all!
